MISA is dedicated towards helping you connect with students interested in technology. We are dedicated to facilitating events and sponsorship to help educate students about your company and build their desire to work for you. We understand that hiring MIS students has become very competitive, so we want to give you a competitive edge. The following is a brief overview of how we can help you.

Here is some additional news that may interest you. While MIS enrollment has declined around the country for the past few years, it’s begun to grow at UT. Below are enrollment figures for the two introductory MIS classes. Typically, enrollment in the fall is higher than in the spring, so look at the percentage increases from fall to fall and spring to spring.

Because of the drop in enrollment since 2000, MISA memberships have been low as well. However, we are going to increase our membership through new marketing approaches. Our goal is to recruit new MIS students with the news that IT job opportunities are plentiful and recruiters want to hire them.
